Our mission is to provide a holistic approach by educating young women and young men ages 12 to 18 about consciously and positively preparing for their futures with the appropriate tools to better navigate their lives.
We believe that every young woman and young man is "fearfully and wonderfully made"
At P.A.L. we are interested in building the whole person (mental health, spiritual growth, emotional healing and wholeness, physical fitness/health, and financial literacy).
Positive Attitude for Life (P.A.L.) started in January 2005. It all began as a sleepover with four girls but grew to over sixty participants at the annual conference. P.A.L. teaches youth how to live with a positive attitude in any circumstance or situation. Youth attend seminars and workshops that will highly impact their future in positive ways. P.A.L. is a 501c3 non-profit organization that serves females twelve to eighteen years old.

Meet our Founder and CEO, Keturah Bullock-Powell. "It all started as a sleepover with 4 girls" and from there Positive Attitude for Life continued to grow annually. She started Positive Attitude for Life (PAL) when she was in college at Campbell University in order to help young ladies become more positive individuals and grow into the women that God has called them to be. Keturah graduated from Campbell University majoring in Education and minoring in Spanish. She went on to earn her Masters in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in the Spring of 2022. Currently, Keturah is married and has three children. She is a homeschool mom, Mary Kay consultant, and Juice+ partner. She believes that beauty and health begin on the inside and radiate on the outside. Keturah is excited about all that God is doing and loves having a positive impact in the lives of teens and their families!
